Saket College of Arts, Science & Commerce, as a part of the inaugral function of its cultural associations (viz., Commerce Association, Science Association, Social Science Association, Hindi Sahitya Parishad, & the Marathi Vangmaya Mandal) invited CGSI to speak on the topic of consumer awareness and food adulteration on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10.00 AM., at their college premises in Kalyan (East).
Mr. Kulkarni, & Dr. Sitaram
Dixit visited the college. Dr. Sitaram Dixit gave a presentation on
‘Consumer Awareness & Food Adulteration’. The Consumer Helpline film was also screened. Mr. Santosh Shukla &
Ms. Kalpana Pande co-ordinated all pre-function fromalities.
The college unit of NSS students
initiated the two-hour long function. About 150-200 degree students
of the commerce faculty attended the function.

of Saket Gyanpeeth, Principal of Saket College Dr. Raju Krishnama S,
and Shri N. K. Phadke, Principal of Arts & Commerce College, Wada
also graced the occasion. The program was compered by Prof. Ms
Shirin Gonsalvez and the vote of thanks proposed by Prof. Sanjay
Chaudhari.
